She’s a good girl, loves her mama…loves Jesus, and her boyfriend, too.
I process life through words. Writing, speaking, presenting - reflecting on my experiences, discovering connections, making meaning - and then sharing with others: that’s my specialty.
My super-power is connecting with others to unlock their potential for excellence. In my day job, I advise undergraduates and teach professional development classes. To enhance this, I became a Gallup-certified CliftonStrengths coach.
My gift is putting feelings into words. Widowed at 36, my Catholic faith has been a buoy, and encountering grief has brought me closer to the sacred heart of Jesus. My desire is to share my story with others, bringing hope to those stumbling in darkness, fumbling forward - like me.
